Features
1. Working conditions of ventilator
1.1 The altitude does not exceed 200 meters;
1.2 Working temperature: -15ºC~+40ºC;
1.3 Relative humidity: no more than 95%RH (at +25ºC);
1.4 No strong vibration and corrosive gas, etc.;
1.5 When installed on the ground of coal mines, the transport medium is allowed to contain methane explosive gas.
2. Explosion-proof type of ventilator: explosion-proof type, explosion-proof mark: ExdIMb.

3. This series of ventilators is composed of a collector, a main engine, an explosion-proof motor, an impeller, a diffuser, a silencer, a diffusion tower and other components.

4. The ventilator adopts the form of direct connection between motor and impeller, which has compact structure, stable operation and easy maintenance.

5. Select YBF, YBF3 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors for fans, explosion-proof type: explosion-proof type, explosion-proof mark: ExdI. The motor is installed in the flow isolation cavity of the main engine to ensure that the gas contained in the motor and the fan flow channel is isolated from each other. The flow isolation cavity is connected to the atmosphere, allowing fresh air to continuously enter and ensuring good heat dissipation of the motor.

6. The impellers of the ventilator adopt twisted wing blades with adjustable installation angles. The installation angle of the blades can be adjusted in time according to the working conditions of the mine ventilation network, so that the fan operation is always in the efficient area, which greatly improves the efficiency. The operating efficiency of the fan saves energy. Generally speaking, when the blade installation angle increases, the air volume increases and the motor power also increases, and vice versa.

7. The blades and the inside of the fan casing are treated with multiple anti-corrosion and moisture-proof treatments to enable the fan to operate in a humid environment for a long time. The inner wall of the fan impeller is inlaid with an H62 brass protective ring, which is used to prevent friction sparks. . Through the friction spark test, the hidden danger of fire or explosion caused by blade impact during operation in dirty wind has been solved.

8. The ventilator can achieve reversal and reverse wind. Under various working conditions, the reverse wind rate can reach more than 60%. There is no need to install an additional reverse air duct. It has the advantages of saving infrastructure investment and fast reverse wind speed.

9. The ventilator has no special requirements for the installation site, and it can be adapted even if the site is small or there are mountainous areas with ground defects.

10. Ventilators are generally designed for horizontal installation, and the designed service life of the ventilator is 20 years. Before the first overhaul of the ventilator, the safe operation time is more than 13,000 hours.
