Features
1) The fan adopts airfoil-shaped forged aluminum alloy blades made of the same material and process as the aero-engine blades. The blades have high strength, good toughness, and strong performance. 2) The fan performance curve (high efficiency area and working area) is broad. 3) The blade angle of the fan can be adjusted at any time during operation according to needs. It has a high degree of automation and can realize unattended, one-button reversing and other automated functions; the blade angle of the intelligent main fan is adjusted using hydraulic power at 30 Stepless synchronous adjustment within a wide range of °-85°, thus truly achieving precise and efficient adjustment of air volume on demand.
4) Through the adjustable moving blade technology, the fan can adjust the blade angle to be fully closed when starting. During the starting process, the impeller does not bear the reverse resistance of the air flow, achieving zero load start. After starting, when the fan speed reaches the rated speed, then adjust the blade angle to the angle required for work.
5) The blades of the fan are specially designed. The negative pressure of a single-stage fan can reach 10,000Pa, and the negative pressure of a two-stage fan can reach more than 20,000Pa. Therefore, for any working conditions in the coal mining industry, a single-stage fan can meet the negative pressure requirements.
