DWT roof fan consists of an impeller, duct, hood, transmission parts, loose-leaf door, anti-bird net, safety net, and other components. The fan's duct, hood, and impeller parts can be made of FRP, reduce the weight of the whole machine, and have good corrosion resistance, According to the use of air volume, wind pressure, and noise requirements, choose the following two forms of fan: (1) Axial flow roof fan, codenamed Dwt-i type, with large air volume,

 The pressure is lower than that of a centrifugal fan, and (2) centrifugal roof fan, codenamed Dwt-ii Type, is suitable for occasions where the whim quantity is small and the pressure requirement is high. 

Usage: DWT series low noise roof fan is widely used in light industrial plants, and high-level civil construction, especially suitable for the discharge of wet and corrosive gas, medium temperature does not exceed 60 ºC, and the gas is not allowed to contain excessive viscous substances, dust content is less than 100mg/m3. Specification: Axial flow roof fan specifications are: Dwt-i№3~24 A total of 17 kinds of specifications; centrifugal roof fan specifications are: Dwt-ii№3~10 A total of 9 kinds of specifications.

Configuration
1. The axial flow roof fan has a diameter of 300–2400 mm and is available in seventeen machine numbers. The centrifugal roof fan has nine machine numbers ranging from 300 to 1000 mm. Other fan numbers can also be provided according to user needs;
2. The structure of various models of fans can be seen in the general assembly drawing, which is composed of components such as an impeller, air duct, hood, transmission components, loose leaf damper, bird-proof net, safety net, etc; (The above configuration is made according to user requirements.)
3. Fan transmission form: DWT-1 fan with a diameter less than 2200 mm adopt direct motor transmission, and fans above 2200 mm adopt belt transmission. According to customer requirements, reducer transmission can also be used. There are three types of leaf flaps: gravity type, electric type, and manual type.
4. Roof wind has a wide range of applications and a large quantity, and the structural forms are complex according to the needs of the use. Our factory can develop and improve the external structure according to the different technical requirements of users.

Processing technology
1. Fan impeller: The cross is made of steel through stamping and hydraulic forming, and the blades are made of aluminum alloy after stamping and hydraulic forming. The blades are riveted and assembled with the cross. The impeller has been calibrated for static and dynamic balance, and the balance accuracy is not greater than the G5.6 level.
2. The outer cylinder flange is made by integral flanging and spinning, and the hood is made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic in one molding.
3. The explosion-proof and anti-corrosion fan casing is made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic in one molding process.
