DWT-I-900 all aluminum roof type axial flow fan, fiberglass roof fan, and stainless steel roof fan, has a wide range of specifications and applications. It can be divided into three categories based on the usage situation, air volume, pressure, and noise: A. Axial flow roof fan: The model is DWT-I type, suitable for medium to low pressure and high flow situations. According to user needs, the roof fan can also be designed as a bidirectional reversible supply and exhaust fan, which has the equivalent characteristics of positive and negative working conditions, such as the DWT - V type; B. Centrifugal roof fan: There are two types of models: DWT - II and DWT - III, suitable for occasions with low air volume and high-pressure requirements; C. Nonelectric turbine roof fan: Model DWT - IV, it is an ideal energy-saving ventilation device that is driven by the pressure difference between indoor and outdoor air to drive special arc-shaped blades to rotate with the axis to exhaust indoor air.

1, Features and Applications
1. Multiple specifications and forms, with a wide range of applications; The following three types of fans can be selected based on the different requirements of pressure, air volume, and noise in the application:
a. Axial flow roof fan: codenamed DWT - I type, suitable for low-pressure and high-flow applications. At the same time, according to user needs, it can also be designed as a bidirectional rotation reversible type, with the characteristics of equivalent positive and negative working conditions;
b. Centrifugal roof fan: codenamed DWT-II or DWT-III, suitable for occasions with low air volume and high-pressure requirements.
c. Motorless roof fan: code-named DWT-V type, suitable for exhaust air exchange in commercial buildings and mining enterprises (light steel structure roofs)
2. High efficiency and low noise: This fan adopts advanced CAD software and is designed and developed through multi-objective optimization. 1200, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200, and 2400 fans in the DWT I series use the same diameter, different speeds, different angles, and different blade shapes to meet the needs of different operating conditions, achieve fan system matching, and achieve energy conservation and noise reduction;
3. Lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant; The fan impeller can be made of different materials according to the corrosiveness of the working medium, including ABS (engineering plastic), FRP (fiberglass), and aluminum alloy plate, with high-pressure requirements. For centrifugal fans with high fan speeds, the impeller surface is treated with special galvanizing and plastic spraying for corrosion resistance, which not only reduces the weight of the entire machine but also has good corrosion resistance;
4. Stable operation and long service life: the fan has a small Moment of inertia, high dynamic balance accuracy, and stable operation, and all performance indicators in the factory's internal control standards are higher than the fan industry standards, which can ensure the long-term stable operation of the fan;

Model structure description
1. Axial flow roof fan diameter from φ 300- φ 2400mm, with a total of 17 machine numbers. Centrifugal roof fan φ 300- φ 1000mm, with a total of nine machine numbers. The diameter of the centrifugal axial fan is from φ 280- φ 800mm, with a total of ten types of fan numbers, and other fan numbers can also be provided according to user needs;
2. The structure of various models of fans can be seen in the general assembly drawing, which is composed of components such as impellers, fan blades, wind caps, and transmission components. Loose leaf dampers, birdproof nets, and safety nets are accessories that need to be specified when ordering. If not specified, no accessories will be provided;
3. The transmission form of the fan is DWT - I type. When the diameter of the fan is ≤ 2200mm, it adopts direct motor transmission, and when the diameter port is 2200mm, it adopts belt transmission. According to customer requirements, a reducer transmission can also be used. There are three types of leaf dampers: gravity type, electric type, and manual type;
4. Roof fans have a wide range of applications and a large number of structural forms according to the needs of their applications. Our company can develop and improve the appearance and structure according to the different technical parameter requirements of users;
5. The roof fan should use centrifugal or centrifugal axial flow fans when the air supply and exhaust pressure are above 600pa. Mixed flow fans should be used when the pressure is between 400pa and 600pa, and axial flow fans should be used when the pressure is below A00pa.
