HTF series fire smoke exhaust fans are in the form of an axial flow structure, and the motor adopts a high-temperature resistant motor. The product undergoes a high-temperature resistance test according to GA211-2009 "High-Temperature Resistance Test Method for Fire Smoke Exhaust Fans". It has passed CCC compulsory certification and can be used at the medium temperature. It can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under the high-temperature condition of 280ºC, and it can be operated continuously for more than 60 minutes under the temperature condition of 100ºC without damage for 20 hours/time. It can be used for ventilation and smoke exhaust.

Product Structure
Shell: The fan shell is made of a high-quality Q235 Benxi Steel hot-rolled carbon steel plate, which has the characteristics of high strength and corrosion resistance. The company has advanced laser cutters for cutting materials, and the surface of the board has no scratches and a bright appearance. The inner layer of the board is coated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust paint, and the outer layer is made of high-grade gray. Two layers of paint ensure that the equipment will not rust for a long time under outdoor working conditions.
Motor: The fan adopts motor production equipment and a dedicated supporting motor for the fan with complete inspection procedures. All of them have passed ISO9001 and fire-fighting and high-temperature 3C certification, explosion-proof certification, and energy efficiency labeling. The motor should be closely matched with the fan load and adopt the B3 installation structure. The motor protection grade is IP54, the insulation grade is F, and the temperature rise grade is B. Motor bearings should be ball-type and lubrication-free. The motor power reserve coefficient should be taken as 110% to improve the safety of the fan.
Impeller: The blades of the fan are designed through multi-objective optimization based on aerodynamic principles. The wheel hub is formed by stamping processing. The connection between the impeller and the blades is riveted or welded after model positioning, which has the advantages of correct installation angle and small deviation. Each impeller has been statically and dynamically balanced. The impeller should be statically and dynamically balanced to reach the G2.5 balance level of the international standard.
Motor junction box: Since the motor is located inside the fan, the supplier should provide a motor junction box that leads the wiring to the outside of the fan, and be equipped with the correct type of junction box according to the application such as fire-fighting type, explosion-proof type, and ordinary type.
