VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), as the main component of waste gas in industrial production, have a great impact on the atmospheric environment and human body. Moreover, the sources and ingredients are complex and difficult to process. Therefore, environmental protection departments and enterprises are paying more and more attention to VOCs waste gas treatment. In order to improve the VOCs waste gas treatment effect, our company provides high-efficiency induced draft fans for high-pollution and high-energy-consuming industries such as pharmaceutical chemicals, paint spraying, petrochemicals, papermaking and printing, and solves flue gas treatment problems for each enterprise.
product structure
Impeller: It consists of 12 backward-inclined airfoil bevel blades welded between the arc-conical front disk and the flat rear disk. Due to the use of airfoil-shaped blades, the fan is guaranteed to be high-efficiency, low-noise, and high-strength. The impeller has been calibrated by static and dynamic balance, so it runs smoothly. The impeller structures of the ventilation and induced draft fans of the same machine number are the same.
Chassis: The casing is a volute welded from ordinary steel plates. The casings of single suction fans are made in three different forms: №8~12 casings are made of an integral structure and cannot be disassembled. The casings of №14~16 are made of two-open type. №18~29.5 casing is made of three-open type. The induced draft fan and scroll plate are appropriately thickened to prevent wear.
Air inlet: The convergent and streamlined air inlet is made of an integral structure and fixed to the fan inlet side with bolts.
Adjustment door: A device used to adjust the flow of the fan, installed axially in front of the air inlet. The adjustment range is from 0° (fully open) to 90° (fully closed).
Transmission part: The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high-quality steel, and this fan uses rolling bearings. There are two types of bearing boxes: №8~16 use an integral cylindrical bearing box; №18~29.5 use two independent pillow-type bearing boxes. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and oil level indicator (only induced draft fans). The lubricating oil is No. 30 mechanical oil, and the amount of oil is implemented according to the oil level mark. When using dry oil in the №8-16 integral cylindrical bearing box, an oil baffle should be added to the ball side of the bearing box, and its fixed grooves should be connected to each other. Made. The induced draft fan is equipped with a water cooling device, so a water pipe must be installed. Water consumption varies with temperature, and is generally considered to be 0.5 to 1m3/h.
