In a temperature environment exceeding 250°, the strength of most materials will drop significantly. This requires high-temperature centrifugal fans to have good heat resistance and high temperature resistance.
The high-temperature fan uses advanced R&D software for finite element analysis and flow channel optimization design; in terms of material selection, full consideration is given to the creep strength, durable strength and durable plasticity of the material; in terms of thermal expansion design, full consideration is given to the thermal expansion of the casing and shaft seal. The thermal expansion, the clearance fit between the air inlet and the impeller, the fit tolerance between the impeller and the main shaft, and the linear expansion of the main shaft; in terms of heat dissipation, fully consider the heat dissipation of the bearings and the heat dissipation of the shaft seal; for the shutdown of large F-type high-temperature fans, consider a slow-turn device design.
High temperature fan features
1. 310S/304 material/316L material.
