Galvanized axial flow fans can be used in chemical, electric power, pharmaceutical and other industries. The casing is made of carbon steel, and the areas in contact between the casing and the medium are galvanized to give it good corrosion resistance. The fan blades are made of aluminum alloy, which has good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Product structure
Blades
The fan impeller structure should adopt a high-efficiency and high-strength structure. Axial flow fans with an impeller diameter of 630mm or more (including 630mm) should use high-strength aluminum alloy blades.
Motor
The axial flow fan should be directly driven by the motor, and the motor should be directly exposed to the air flow. The centrifugal cabinet fan can be belt drive or direct drive. The motor equipped with the fan should be an air-cooled, squirrel-cage, fully enclosed humid-heat type standard product, with full-voltage starting, and an insulation grade of F. The motor of the smoke exhaust fan should ensure that the whole machine can operate normally during the process of removing smoke at 280ºC for 0.5h. The bearing replacement cycle is not less than 30,000 hours.
The selection of the motor meets the starting requirements of the bidding equipment, and the full voltage starting current should not be greater than 7 times the full load current.
Vibration reduction
During the assembly process of the bidding equipment, static balance precedes dynamic balance. The vibration speed of the casing shall not be greater than 1.8mm/s. The supplier shall provide dampers and fastening bolts matching the fans.
Fan casing
The manufacturing accuracy of the casing should comply with the relevant specifications. The motor support in the casing should have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the dynamic load generated by the operation. Its height should keep the motor axis consistent with the center of the casing. The casing of the axial flow fan should be hot-dip galvanized, and the average thickness of the hot-dip galvanized layer should not be less than 70 μm.
When the cabinet centrifugal fan adopts the external belt transmission method of the motor, the transmission parts should be equipped with protective covers.
