Product Description
The circulation fan is used for ventilation of the raw material mill system, and the blades of the circulation fan of the vertical raw material mill need to be treated with wear resistance. The medium of the cement mill circulating fan is dusty gas containing clinker, which is highly abrasive. The impeller is required to be made of wear-resistant steel or surfacing treatment, and all parts separated from the medium need to be wear-resistant.
Features
It can output very high gas outlet pressure and work at higher medium temperatures. It is suitable for any industrial occasion where high-pressure & high-temperature gases need to be transported.
Customized design based on customer performance requirements and optimized by CFD technology, energy consumption is lower than similar models.
As for the materials of the impeller and spindle, we will choose to use high-strength carbon steel, low alloy steel, high-temperature-resistant alloy steel, and high-temperature-resistant high-strength alloy steel according to different medium temperatures and working speeds, so that the impeller and spindle can still operate at high temperatures. Maintain reliable strength.
For dust-containing gases, we can meet various working conditions from low dust content to extremely large dust content. After special treatment, the blade surface hardness can reach HRC60~70, which can extend the impeller life by more than 3 times.
The appropriate joint surfaces between the components are closely matched and the sealing performance is good to ensure that the output pressure will not be reduced.
The internal structural stress generated when the impeller is annealed and welded ensures that the impeller will not undergo creepage or cracks.
The impeller's welds and main shaft have undergone ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure that there are no welding defects and material defects to ensure strength.
The impeller has undergone high-standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable operation of the fan.
After production is completed, trial assembly is carried out to ensure there is no interference between components.
