9-19 series high-pressure centrifugal fans can be used for general ventilation and indoor ventilation in general factories and large buildings. Can be used as both input gas and output gas. The transported gas should be air and other gases that are non-self-igniting, harmless to the human body, and non-corrosive to steel materials. The gas does not contain viscous substances, and the dust and hard particles contained are not more than 150mg/m³.

Forced ventilation, rapid drying, rapid cooling and heat dissipation, cement production line grate cooler cooling, circulating fluidized bed systems, air purification and industrial waste gas treatment, flue gas desulfurization, ventilation of industrial boilers or incinerators, large mill systems, Industrial waste heat recovery devices, blasting of smelting furnaces and casting furnaces, combustion support in blast furnaces, coal injection in blast furnaces, pressurized transportation of gas, pressurized or depressurized sealing of industrial equipment, etc.

Installation Instructions

1) Before installing the fan, the mechanical and electrical area must check the appearance of the fan. If it is not qualified, installation is not allowed.

2) The air inlet of the fan must be clear and unobstructed within 2 meters. No accumulation of debris or placement of starting devices is allowed. The installation location of the starting device must be convenient for personnel to operate.

3) After installation, carefully check whether the ventilator is deformed or damaged, and whether the connecting bolts and base snap rings are secure.

4) The ventilator must be managed and operated by a dedicated person.
