Tunnel construction axial flow ventilation fan
The axial flow ventilation fan for tunnel construction is a system selection and design model based on the aerodynamic model and vector optimization of our company. On the premise of ensuring ventilation needs, through reasonable fan/dryer configuration, the operating efficiency of the fan in all working conditions is optimized, and the energy saving effect of the fan purchase cost is achieved several times for the customer. All products are equipped with a frequency conversion control system as standard. The ventilator can be combined with multiple types of main blades and multiple types of guide blades to achieve tailor-made full-condition customization to meet the flow and pressure combination requirements of different altitude conditions.
Tunnel construction axial flow ventilation fans can be used to solve ventilation difficulties in over-long tunnels and tunnels with small cross-sections that cannot use thicker ventilation ducts. This series of products has an optimized multi-stage series combination structure and is suitable for ventilation of ultra-long tunnels. This product is composed of three, four and five stages respectively, all of which are put into operation to reach the highest pressure and meet the use in difficult periods. They can also be used in single stage or counter-rotation to ensure construction safety and protect the environment with low noise. It is an ideal choice for highways, Special ventilation equipment in railway and hydropower project construction.
Tunnel jet fans are mainly used for longitudinal jet ventilation in traffic tunnels such as highways and railways. They use the high-speed jet airflow generated by the jet fan to push the air in the tunnel to move along the direction of the jet to achieve ventilation. However, fires in the tunnel are not possible. For the purpose of exhausting smoke, the transport medium of the jet fan is air, and the ambient temperature is between -25°C and 50°C. The dust content and other solid impurities in the medium are not more than 150mg/m3, and there is no sticky or fibrous material.
When a fire occurs in the tunnel, the tunnel jet fan can run continuously for two hours at an ambient temperature of 280°C.
Large tunnel smoke exhaust fan
The large smoke exhaust axial flow fan for the subway tunnel adopts advanced CFD design technology (computational fluid dynamics) and has reached the leading level among its peers in terms of wing theoretical research, fan anti-surge design, vibration and noise reduction, etc.

Underground tunnel mining dust removal fan
Underground tunnel mining dust removal fans can have single-stage structures and multi-stage combination structures according to the dust concentration and emission requirements at the working point. It is mainly used in tunnels, mines, subways and other places where dust is generated. It is also suitable for working conditions where it is inconvenient for ground industrial enterprises to use dust removal devices with other structural methods.
The dust removal fan for underground tunnel mining consists of two parts: an axial flow fan and a wet dust collector. The axial flow fan is composed of an air inlet flow guide tube, a main engine, a guide vane tube, and a muffler. The wet dust collector adopts a horizontal structure.
