The axial flow ventilation fan for tunnel construction is a system selection and design model based on the aerodynamic model and vector optimization of our company. On the premise of ensuring ventilation needs, through reasonable fan/dryer configuration, the operating efficiency of the fan in all working conditions is optimized, and the energy saving effect of the fan purchase cost is achieved several times for the customer. All products are equipped with a frequency conversion control system as standard. The ventilator can be combined with multiple types of main blades and multiple types of guide blades to achieve tailor-made full-condition customization to meet the flow and pressure combination requirements of different altitude conditions.

Tunnel jet fans are mainly used for longitudinal jet ventilation in traffic tunnels such as highways and railways. They use the high-speed jet airflow generated by the jet fan to push the air in the tunnel to move along the direction of the jet to achieve ventilation. However, fires in the tunnel are not possible. For the purpose of exhausting smoke, the transport medium of the jet fan is air, and the ambient temperature is between -25°C and 50°C. The dust content and other solid impurities in the medium are not more than 150mg/m3, and there is no sticky or fibrous material.

When a fire occurs in the tunnel, the tunnel jet fan can run continuously for two hours at an ambient temperature of 280°C.
