Features

1. The fan adopts airfoil-shaped forged aluminum alloy blades with the same material and technology as the aero-engine blades. The blades have high strength, good toughness, and strong performance. Usually, a single-stage impeller with a size of two-thirds can reach two The working ability of the cyclone impeller.

2. The blade angle of the fan can be adjusted at any time during operation as needed. It has a high degree of automation and can realize automatic functions such as unattended operation and one-button reversal. The blade angle of this intelligent main fan is adjusted steplessly and synchronously within a wide range of 30°-85° using hydraulic power, thereby truly achieving accurate and efficient air volume adjustment on demand.

3. Through the adjustable moving blade technology, the fan can adjust the blade angle to be fully closed when starting. During the starting process, the impeller does not bear the reverse resistance of the air flow, achieving zero-load start. After starting, when the fan speed reaches the rated speed, then adjust the blade angle to the angle required for work.

4. The fan has a unique shaft system design. When the fan is working, the radial force generated by the gravity of the impeller and the axial force on the air duct pressure act on the impeller directly on the bearing box, so that the motor no longer bears axial and radial loads, reducing the risk of motor failure, thereby reducing the risk of motor failure. Maximize the ventilation safety of the mine.

Product structure

The fan is mainly composed of a brake device, transmission device, inlet box, bearing group, impeller casing, impeller, diffuser, diffusion tower, and silencer.

1) Entrance box
The inlet box consists of a central inner tube and an outer shell, fixed in a concentric position with guide vanes and reinforcing plates. Air flows between the inner tube of the inlet box and the outer shell. Inspection of the diffuser inner tube can be carried out through the access door at the outer end of the inlet box. The adjustment shaft passes through the adjustment tube to transmit the movement of the external adjustment arm to the internal adjustment mechanism.

2) Remove the guide rail
Remove the guide rails supporting the diffuser. When removed, the internal mechanisms of the fan can be inspected.

3) Adjust the drive device
The adjusting drive device includes the shaft, bearing outer and inner adjusting arms. It can achieve synchronous adjustment of the blades after the fan is stopped through an external adjustment handwheel.

4) Wheel hub
The hub includes a device that converts axial displacement of the hydraulic cylinder into changes in blade angle. At the same time, the hub is also used to fix the blades. .

5) Braking device
The brake device is both electric and manual, and electric can realize automatic operation.

6) Blades
Blades are the core of the fan. The quality of the blades is not only related to the efficiency of the fan but also to the service life of the fan. According to the user's requirements for fan safety, efficiency, anti-corrosion, and wear resistance, the fan adopts the best blade shape and is produced using advanced aviation forged aluminum alloy processing technology to ensure the fan's high efficiency and good aerodynamics.

7) Impeller housing
The impeller shell is a short cylindrical annular shell that covers the outside of the impeller and has a flange. The shell is all welded structure, and the inner surface of the shell and the contact surface between the flange and the bearing are turned. The impeller housing also has a small inspection door for blade maintenance. The blades can be replaced through the viewing door.

8) Main bearing assembly
The main bearing assembly consists of spherical or roller bearings and is designed to combine the characteristics of both axial and radial bearings. An impeller is installed at one end of the main bearing assembly, and the other end is connected to the main drive motor through a coupling. Depending on the load, the main bearing assembly can be designed to be grease or oil lubricated. Oil-lubricated bearings can be oil bath lubricated or forced lubricated.

9) Coupling
Our fans are equipped with maintenance-free flexible couplings. The flexure element is a rubber element or a double flexure metal disc set.

10) Main drive motor
The main drive motor adopts a three-phase asynchronous motor with a protection level of IP55 and can be arranged outdoors.
